Willow Developments was set up by father and son team David and Oliver Francis in 2004. Since then, the company has grown to include a mix of Sri Lankans and foreigners, with project management experience stretching from Hong Kong and Asia to the West Country in England.

Oliver has a BSc Hons in Land Management from the University of Westminster and a keen eye for detail that ensures Willow's projects exceed clients' expectations.

Rohan recently joined Willow as an intern and has already shown signs of having a genuine interest in the world of property development. Rohan has been assisting all the managers, gaining an insight into a variety of project management styles. Rohan will learn a tremendous amount from working with TJ.
We have agreed with Rohan that he promises to learn and remember relevant industry terminology during his time with us. At the top of each page of his diary is written a word for the day, taken from research, site meetings or updating records in the office.
